Friday, October 30
– Placement of competition entries: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Saturday, October 31
– Placement of competition entries by exhibitors authorized by the organizing committee: 7:00 AM – 8:00 AM
– Judging of competition entries: starting at 8:30 AM
– Exhibition and market open to the public: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
– Competition entries open for public viewing: following the conclusion of judging (around lunchtime)
Sunday, November 1
– Doors open to exhibitors: 8:00 AM
– Doors open to the public: 8:30 AM – 2:00 PM
– Collection of awards from the secretariat: starting at 10:00 AM
– Collection of exhibited entries: starting at 2:00 PM
Subject to prior arrangements with the organizing committee and the specialty clubs, it will be possible to collect exhibited entries at times other than those listed in this official event schedule.
